I am an engineer with 5 years of experience in planning and control of non-mass production.

I built model S&OP(Sales and Operation Planning) for internal clients in 2018, I designed in business intelligence(Power BI) program KPIs to track business evolution in 2017 and also I unified ways of working between different departments.

This is a report that I designed for internal customer in Madrid(Spain) in 2016.

LOB

These reports help to project managers to monitor the status of their projects in the production phase.

The red dot represents the fulfillment of the theoretical objective according to the dates of the materials and the bar the advance of the real production.The x-axis indicates the elements of the project.

In addition there is a summary of the total of elements that compose the project, the number of elements launched to manufacture and the percentage of advance of the production.

I am satisfied, it is a visual and objective report (direct data from ERP) and helps reduce customer management times.
